I know it's slightly old news. Again it's going to be a REALLY slow day at work today.
It has been confirmed by Epitaph that Westbound Train has been added to Hellcat Record's roster. Expect a new release later this year.
The band will be recording their third album in California this month.
In similar news, Westbound Train's, "Five To Two", is being reissued by Stomp Records(Canada).

"Hey there guys and gals...i just wanted to catch you up on whats been happening in our world these days. THE RUMORS ARE TRUE!!! WE HAVE SIGNED TO HELLCAT RECORDS! We couldn't be happier about this and are super excited to be a part of the Hellcat family. We just finished making our very first record entitled "Transitions" and are in the process of getting it mixed and mastered. Here are the songs that are going to be on it: Please Forgive Me Good Enough, For The First Time, Gone, Sorry Mama, I'm No Different, The Runaround, Seven Ways To Sunday, I Feel Fine, The Test, Fatty Boom Boom, When I Die, and Travel On There you have it...The Release date is still being worked out but we will be sure to keep you posted We are on tour right now with Go Jimmy Go and The Toasters right now and i must say this is defenitely one of the most fun tours we have ever been on. Everynight is something new...The Go Jimmy Go guys like to have sing alongs that usually include 12 of us and some complete strangers singing songs from some of your favorite artists like...Elton John, Whitney Houston...whoever sang the theme song to Dirty Dancing. We are just finishing up week one and the shows have been awesome. The bands have been sounding soooo good. If you come out to any of these shows you are in for a treat...I promise you, you will have some of the most fun you had in a long time. In the next couple weeks we are going to meeting up with Satori which is made up of members of The RX Bandits We are excited to spend some time on the road and play shows with those guys....Check out www.Skabrawl.net for more info on the shows...
